What should I do for my bday party? Best answer gets 10 pts!!!?

So I’m turning 14 at the end of the month (that means I need ideas FAST pls) and I don’t know what I want to do for my party.
Here are the requirements:
can’t be anything I’ve done before (ice skating, build a bear, bowling, mcdonalds playplace [I was like 2])
it can’t be anything memorable thative done recently at other friends houses (neighborhood SCAVENGER HUNT, project runway party store challenge)
it has to be fun, not epically boring.
I don’t wanna be cooped up in my house
no outdoor stuff. The weathers too unpredictable for anything depending on snow or not where I live
nothing outragiously expensive (six flags, ect)
no swimming. Just no.
Like I said, I DO NOT WANT TO STAY HOME!!!!

I reeeeeeaaaallly want to do a mall scavenger hunt, but my mom
says (and I quote) "she worries about 15 girls running around the
store alone" I suggest chaperones. "well who are you gonna get? No
one will do that" I say we wouldn’t be running actually. We ARE
civilized human beings. "I still don’t know… Besides they’re having a
big sidewalk sale at the mall that weekend" I suggest another
weekend "were not free that weekend. Besides I don’t think the mall
cops will like 3 groups of 5 girls running around the mall taking pics
in front of stores" And she told me all this AFTER I spent 45 minutes
planning it all out.
I say "how bout a scavenger hunt on the square?" and the same
argument happens again. "all it takes it one shipowner to not like
what’s going on and call the police, and it comes cracking down
on my shoulders" so she basically crushed the scavenger hunt thing unless I want to do it in my teeeeeny neighboorhood or my house, and I’m like "no way Jose"
so she comes up with random ideas that all sound ehh… to bleh!!!
Basket making- *glare* that was fun when we were 9, ma
tie dye tshirts- ehh… Possible possibility
no theme- *glare* ya like that’ll work
retro 50′s- a last resort but maybe…
That’s about all she suggested so anyone have any ideas? Or any ways to get my mom to agree to one (prefrebly mall scavenger hunt) I want something outta the house and not boring. My town has no
free concerts, and obviously mini golf and such it outta the question.
Somebody pleeeaaaasssseeee help me think of something
memorable and fun!!!!!! PLEASE!!!! Also PLEASE Remember that my bday is at the END OF JANUARY!!!!! It’s cold and possibly snowy, so nothing outside.
Also, i would REALLY appreiciate it if you didn’t post links. It’s annoying to open links in new pages on my iPod. Or if you find a really good link you can post it, just PLEASE no more than like 3-5 links!!! I hate links!!!
