Modern Warfare 2 Question again: Which of these perks (& Pro ones) do what and which ones are good/effective?

These are the perks I want to know about and what types of classes they actually are good in as well as what size of the maps they are good in. Another thing is like how much they change from the normal – e.g. how much more % does Stopping Power’s damage do compared to no Stopping Power’s damaged %.

Scavenger, One Man Army, Stopping Power, Danger Close, Scrambler, Ninja & SitRep.
