Is this the best tactical nuke strategy?

I use a Tar-21 silencer.
Equipment:
2X stun
semtex
Killstreaks:
harrier 7 (6) w/ hardline
ac130 11 (10)
nuke 25 (24)
Perks:
Scavenger PRO
Hardline PRO
Ninja PRO
(im not sure about ninja)
Dont "camp" but walk around the map and get on the ground
get 6 kills. call harrier. wait for the hairrier to get 4 kills.
call ac130 and if your luckyit will be open map and it will be easy to get it. (i had wasteland and afghan for my nukes)
Call your nuke and be FAMOUS!!!!
