Is this a good party plan for a sweet sixteen?

-Theme: Diamonds are forever
-Party Colors: Turquoise, Silver, and White
-Attire: Semi-formal dress
-Guests: Around 10 people (Including birthday girl)
-Invitations: Some piece of of fairly cheap yet expensive-looking jewelry in a case with party info written on a thin piece of elegant paper inside.
-Plan: Meet downtown and begin a 1-2 hour SCAVENGER HUNT. Then go to a hotel which will be decorated with balloons and white little candy dishes. Enjoy virgin cocktails. Do whatever we want the rest of the night!

The only downfall is the hotel is "attached" to a indoor theme park which is somewhat childish and the combination of diamonds are forever and kids theme park will be very strange.
My new car… yeah right!
The reason why I want a "grown up" theme is mainly because I really want to dress up! Plus I want it to be memorable and different from my past parties.

*Sorry about that* I was going to say: This is hilarious! The reason why I am having my party at the hotel is because my sister works their so we can get it really cheap. Also the "little" glass candy bowls will probably be candle holders. The virgin cocktails will be whatever I can come up with on my own or with the help of the internet.
