Helpful tips for getting a nuke in MW2 without camping?

I am very frustrated because my highest killstreak is 11 and I have wanted to get a nuke since I first played it.The problem is when I get to 11 people start targeting me because they think I am going for the nuke.I hate camping,I always run around and try to get a legit nuke.Is there any advice you could give? What happens is after I kill 11 they all seem to come at once making it impossible to survive before I can use the chopper gunner/ac130 (depending on the map) and I try to get to cover but die on the way. Is there any advice at all you could give me for getting a nuke?
My class is:
ACR silenced
Stinger (to get rid of any air support the other team gets)
Semtek and 2 flash bangs
Perk 1:Scavenger PRO
Perk 2:Stopping power PRO
Perk 3:Ninja PRO
Deathstreak:Final Stand/Martydom (depending on the map)
P.S. I am level 61 1st prestige.
Any answers are appreciated.
I forgot to mention my killstreaks are Harriers,Chopper Gunner/AC130,Nuke(duh)
